Welcome to SONIC’S Accent on Kids program! On behalf of SONIC DRIVE-IN, we would like to thank you for the opportunity to become partners in childhood education through our Accent on Kids program. We hope this program will be of assistance to you and your organization throughout the school year.

As a growing business, we strongly believe in giving back to the community and working closely with our area schools and organizations. In taking part in a small way through Accent on Kids, we hope to contribute to the efforts of many who are working to increase the chances of success for the children in our communities.

That is why we created the Accent on Kids (A.O.K.) program. This program focuses on the betterment of all kids in three major areas of their lives:

• Developing educational skills
• Encouraging children to get up and move
• Stressing the importance of parent/child interaction

Certificates and Recognition

SONIC DRIVE IN has many certificates and recognition awards available. Each certificate has been approved for distribution by your local participating SONIC DRIVE IN restaurant which you will find on the locations page of this website. Additional Support

  • Donations – Cups, napkins and other products are often needed for class parties, carnivals, athletics and other special events.  SONIC can often donate items on request – just ask!  Let us help make your next event memorable.  The following are examples of what we have to offer: Napkins, cups plastic utensils, other paper products, SONIC Mints and so much more!   • Room Parties & Special Events –Do you have a special event to plan? Would you like to have a special lunch Wacky Pack day for the students? Are you interested in an End–of-Year school party? How about a Christmas Break Shake party? Let SONIC Drive-In help you out during those special events. Large group orders for lunches and classroom parties can be placed one week in advance with the exact head count for the day of pickup. Prices will vary in each market (or geographical area).  SONIC can also cater lunches for a discounted price – just ask for details about availability and days.   • Sonic Igloo Cooler – SONIC is happy to donate one 5 gallon Igloo cooler to use for the sporting events at your school. Click here to order now» Please note, only one Sonic cooler per school.
  • Late Night Rewards – Hungry after the big game? Our SONIC DRIVE INS offer students a FREE Medium Soft Drink with the purchase of a sandwich after a school, game or function. Students must show their tickets or school ID. Teams are encouraged to stop by after games for discounted items, too! Bring the whole team and let SONIC take care of those appetites!
